1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for customers who cancel their reservations under the conditions outlined below.
- Refunds will be processed based on the type of service booked and the time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside the specified timeframes.
2. Timeframe for Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled departure time: 100% refund of the transportation service amount (for full and partial deposit).
- Cancellations made within 1-3 days before the scheduled departure time: 50% refund of the transportation service amount (for full deposit), no refund for partial deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time: No refund.
- No-shows: No refund will be provided for customers who fail to board the vehicle at the designated time and location without prior cancellation.
3. Special Circumstances
- In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, customers may be eligible for a full refund. Proof of the circumstance may be required.
- In the event that the service is canceled by Go Thai Transport, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule their trip at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Additional services such as special seating requests (child seats), and driver overnight fees are non-refundable unless the entire booking is canceled within the specified timeframe.
- Credit card processing fees via Stripe payment links are non-refundable.
6. Modifications to Booking
- Customers who wish to modify their booking instead of canceling may do so based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
- Modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
