3. Timeframe for Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to service: 100% refund of the transportation service amount.
- Cancellations made within 7-14 days prior to service: 50% refund of the transportation service amount.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to service: No refund.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund.
4. Special Circumstances
- In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, customers may be eligible for a full refund. Proof of the circumstance may be required.
- In the event that the service is canceled by Go Thai Transport, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule their trip at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Additional services such as special seating requests (child seats), and driver overnight fees are non-refundable unless the entire booking is canceled within the specified timeframe.
- Credit card processing fees via Stripe payment links are non-refundable.
7. Modifications to Booking
- Customers who wish to modify their booking instead of canceling may do so based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
- Modifications must be requested at least 3 days prior to service date.
