Great customer service, however, the car they were using is maybe on its last ride and basically it broke down on our way back, however they solved the trip back on time with another vehicle! And I would appreciate it if the drivers don’t use their phones when they’re driving.

We paid for the services of Go Thai Transport for a shuttle from the airport to the Thonglor district for my family, our suitcase and even our cat. We had some problems at the airport which forced the driver to wait more than two hours!!! Despite this, we were received in a super comfortable and beautiful van. We were welcomed like VIPs and the driver was super friendly. The service was perfect from start to finish I recommend 100%

When I came across Go Thai Transport I didn’t know what to expect as it was new to me. Online reviews were positive so I decided to give it a try. Miss Farah who handled all my queries and quotation was very helpful and responsive. However the driver that was assigned to me, Mr Thai, was a disappointment as he almost spoilt the whole trip for me and my family of 12 to Khao Yai. Over the 4 days with him, we found him impatient, rude, lazy and unprofessional. He was not forthcoming with suggestions on places to visit and eat, and would turn down any of ours which he deemed inconvenient. He was always busy on the phone while driving us around which was a big safety concern. I hope other Go Thai customers have better luck than me with drivers they are assigned.
Great driver! Book for a pick-up from airport to hotel and travelling off-bangkok district for at least a 2hr ride. Very kind of her to tell her if we required to make stops in between for a rest and even goes extra mile by buying the local fruits for us to try. Overall an excellent day ride!

Engaged Go Thai for transportation to Khao yai over 2 nights. Pleasant experience as they were in constant engagement. Driver assigned spoke English and gave us suggestions whenever we requested as we had our own itinerary planned. Would go to them again for future trips in thailand
Booking via WhatsApp was easy but They charge 10% for credit card usage. It was a business trip and I could not use cash. Exorbitant fees. I had no choice because I did not have the time to find another car company for this trip.Driver came early but Car reeked of cigarette smoke. And he was mostly on his phone texting while driving. This was very dangerous.
Great service and excellent communication. We used them twice on our recent trip and both drivers and cars were excellent, clean and professional. Unfortunately, we had a slight miscommunication on one of the destinations, even though I believe I was very clear. The team were apologetic and the driver was professional and polite. I booked a day trip to Ayutthaya: 10-seater van is comfortable and clean, driver Mr Goft is good. Because of good experience with Ayutthaya trip,I also booked the airport transfer. Driver Mr Yos is very helpful, he helped us arranged all seatings and various sizes of bags properly in the van. I recommend Go Thai transport service.
