Me and hubby use the transport to get us from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The communication through WhatsApp is always replied promptly. We were going to travel to Khao Yai when the Bkk earthquake happened. Luckily boss was able to secure a van for me and despite the aircon in the van broke down, the driver got it fixed in the mid of journey within 10 mins. 🙏🏻
The ride was perfect. After flying 24 hours we had 4 hours to go. The van picked us up. The driver was polite. We drive 4 hours with an incredible sound system. We took turns playing songs fromBluetooth. Why doesn’t America have drivers and vans like this? We will definitely use this service again!
This service is almost the same cost as any general taxi service, but the experience is extremely different. First, the customer service on WhatsApp was outstanding, fast, very clear and details were confirmed many times. The price was very competitive and clearly stated that we would need to pay for the ferry portion. Second, our driver was so friendly and kind, Thai roads are not easy, but he drove so well, we all slept and just relaxed. I'm booking this service again to my next destination and then to the airport. If you want to travel stress free and enjoy your time, contact this company. Best in Thailand!
Horrible experience, DO NOT book the service. Airport pickup was 850 baht (grab is roughly 500) and the driver wasn't even waiting there , had to call the company to get a driver to go meet me. Waste of time.Had a change of destination but it's only AFTER driver started to go to new destination then the company informs me it will be 450 baht additional (for 6 km change of address)Very unprofessional and a lot wasted time. Just call Grab and save yourself time and moneyUpdate : in case anyone is wondering, there was no follow up from the company besides a simple sorry. They just don't care, be careful when you book

Ordered transportation with Go Thai Transport four times, each time the driver was on time.Each time I got booking confirmation with all the details in one message, for easy and quick reference. We booked Go Thai Transport on 01/02/2025. We loved how clean and comfortable the SUV was. Mr Haroon Binraboo was a safe and efficient driver. He helped us to take photos also. There was a slight language barrier but all sorted out with Google Translate. I would engage this company again in the future!
My experience with the company was awful. The driver took us directly to a tourist trap în Damnoen Floating Market, where people end up payng ten times the usual price if they are not well-informed.I thought it was just the driver, but when I complained to the company, they read the message and would not reply for a few hours, though my prior communication with them had been spot on. Furthermore, they didn't call the driver to ask what had happened, which seemed more than fishy. They sent me some sort of disclaimer, saying that they offer only transportation and not tourist packages.P.S. The company contacted me and offered a compensation and, moreover, promised to introduce internal regulations so that drivers should never do something like this again. I changed the rating accordingly, though they did not ask me to.

The service is OK, the admin is friendly and easy because he speaks Indonesian, there are lots of fleet choices, the drivers are all friendly. Drinks and wet towels are provided in the car. 2 day rental with different cars, no zonks, overall cool! Basically recommend

Driver (Ms Piyaporn) was punctual, courteous and friendly throughout our trip to Lopburi sunflower fields.Even though we had to turn back to service area after toilet break due to forgotten item, she willingly obliged without any complaints. Although her English is limited, this was not much of a problem as we communicated by Google Translate.Overall, very good service with reasonable price and highly recommended.Will use GoThai Transport again should we visit Bangkok again.
Used this service 3 times during my recent trip to Thailand. All 3 times went smoothly and reasonably priced. Helps that the person managing the WhatsApp chat communicates well in English 🙂 I also like that I can pay via PayNow/PromptPay.We had 3 different vans and drivers. All 3 vans were clean and spacious enough for my family with 5 huge luggage, 3 hand carry and 2 strollers.

Great customer service, however, the car they were using is maybe on its last ride and basically it broke down on our way back, however they solved the trip back on time with another vehicle! And I would appreciate it if the drivers don’t use their phones when they’re driving.

We paid for the services of Go Thai Transport for a shuttle from the airport to the Thonglor district for my family, our suitcase and even our cat. We had some problems at the airport which forced the driver to wait more than two hours!!! Despite this, we were received in a super comfortable and beautiful van. When I came across Go Thai Transport I didn’t know what to expect as it was new to me. Online reviews were positive so I decided to give it a try. Miss Farah who handled all my queries and quotation was very helpful and responsive. However the driver that was assigned to me, Mr Thai, was a disappointment as he almost spoilt the whole trip for me and my family of 12 to Khao Yai. Over the 4 days with him, we found him impatient, rude, lazy and unprofessional. He was not forthcoming with suggestions on places to visit and eat, and would turn down any of ours which he deemed inconvenient. He was always busy on the phone while driving us around which was a big safety concern. I hope other Go Thai customers have better luck than me with drivers they are assigned.
Great driver! Book for a pick-up from airport to hotel and travelling off-bangkok district for at least a 2hr ride. Very kind of her to tell her if we required to make stops in between for a rest and even goes extra mile by buying the local fruits for us to try. Overall an excellent day ride!

Engaged Go Thai for transportation to Khao yai over 2 nights. Pleasant experience as they were in constant engagement. Driver assigned spoke English and gave us suggestions whenever we requested as we had our own itinerary planned. Would go to them again for future trips in thailand
Booking via WhatsApp was easy but They charge 10% for credit card usage. It was a business trip and I could not use cash. Exorbitant fees. I had no choice because I did not have the time to find another car company for this trip.Driver came early but Car reeked of cigarette smoke. And he was mostly on his phone texting while driving. This was very dangerous.
